Rosslyn Central Park Hotel Sofia

1) Spacious panoramic room, clean and well-stocked toiletries, excellent breakfast variety

1) Ineffective air conditioning, uncomfortable pillows, rude reception service

Good modern and pretty standard hotel in a nice traditional style building. Savoury breakfast options with eggs if desired, views to the Palace of Culture "park", diabetic jams...

Consider requesting a kettle in your room for convenient coffee during your stay, especially after a long journey.

We really enjoyed the stay, the staff were great, the service very good and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfasts were great except for Sunday. We ate in the restaurant for 3 nights as we couldn't be bothered to go out. This was a bit of luck as the food was very good and the service the best we have had for a very long time.

The only blip was the Sunday breakfast and service. The service was terrible and the food cold and when we asked for hot water you would have thought the end of the world was nigh. A pity. So treat this hotel as a weekdayhotel and definitely skip Sundays.

It is located perfectly in the center and you can reach all main sights within a 20 minutes walk.

A hidden gem down Vitosha Boulevard

The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore vibrant shops and good cafes. The view from our room was amazing with city lights sparkling at night.

Unfortunately, the noise levels were disruptive, especially at night. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive, which dampened our overall experience in an otherwise charming city.

There is no parking at the hotel but they found me a safe parking 100 meters from the hotel.

The morning view from the top floor showcased amazing cityscapes, while the attentive staff remembered my coffee preference by the second day, making each morning special.

The location was perfect and nice for walking around National Palace of Culture Conference Centre. A bus station was minutes away from the place. Enjoyed our room, it was a nice size and well-equipped with a lounge and a kettle...

Very nice hotel- the best one I ever been to in Sofia. Room extremely clean. Personnel very helpful. Very good meals in restaurant in reasonable price. Very good location- although there is not much to see in the centre of Sofia but in close distance from the hotel many nice restaurants. Definitely Central Park Hotel will become my first choice in Sofia.
